Musings on the road to recovery

Spring has sprung!

I went into the garden this afternoon, trying to capture that “golden hour” in which the light imbues photographs with a glorious hue, and was delighted to see that Spring is springing out all over our garden. When trying to find a quotation to go with my photo for my Photo A Day project (pretty self explanatory really, I take a photo every day), I found this quote which felt rather apt to my situation and for life in general:

“Expect to have hope rekindled. Expect your prayers to be answered in wondrous ways. The dry seasons in life do not last. The spring rains will come again” – Sarah Ban Breathnach
